At Layla Flowers, we handle each arrangement with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your arrangement arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet expected quality standards, contact us immediately at flowerslayla25@gmail.com with photos of the item.

We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
As our products are perishable, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Fresh flowers and bouquets
  • Custom or personalized arrangements
  • Gift boxes and add-ons
  • Sale items and gift cards

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at flowerslayla25@gmail.com.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
