Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery within Dubai and selected areas across the UAE. Delivery availability may vary depending on location.

Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered on the selected date and time slot at checkout.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand periods.

Order Processing
All orders are prepared fresh on the day of delivery to maintain quality.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed immediately and may not be eligible for changes.

Delivery Conditions
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may:

• Leave the order at a safe location
• Contact the recipient for redelivery
• Reschedule delivery (additional charges may apply)

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, no response, or recipient unavailability, the order may be cancelled without refund or redelivery charges may apply.

Perishable Nature of Products
All our products are perishable. Once delivered, Layla Flowers is not responsible for any damage due to improper handling or storage.

Special Occasions
During peak periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, etc.), delivery times may be limited and delays may occur. We recommend placing orders in advance.
